How to Administer the Contact Type - 'TeemMember'
The Contact type TeemMember allows users to access your team users information via the 'Contacts' window. The TeemMember list can be viewed, information added, follow-ups done and reports generated for those users given the right to access this special contact type.
This special contact type is administered in the Manage Users window using the 'Access to Contact Types' tab. Add users in the 'Manage Users' window and by default the newly added user joins the list of TeemMembers contact type in the 'Contacts' window.
To give the right to a user in your team access to the TeemMember contact list, open the 'Mange Users' window.
In this slide, the Menu bar is shown and the 'Manage Users' selection is highlighted

Next click on a user from the Users List. The row of the user becomes highlighted.
After the window is open and the user selected, click the tab labelled, 'Access to Contact Type.'
Below is the tab open for the user Katherine Harris.

Click the Contact Category, 'Standard' if it is not already open. The list of Contact Types for the standard category has the contact type, 'TeemMember.'
Every user added to the team automatically is entered to the Contact Type, TeemMember.
Next click the check boxes in the row of the contact type. Each check box allows a different type of access to the contact. By default, the 'Add' check box is not available. Users can only be added via the Manage Users window.
The tab is shown here after Katherine Harris is given the rights to view, modify and do follow-ups for the contact type.

Finally, click the 'Save' button to save he changes made.
Rights to a user's invoice and check information can also be given via this tab and window.
Repeat the steps illustrated above to give other users in your team the right to access the contact type - TeemMember.
